About The Albion Media Collective

I’m Jordan Rogers, founder of The Albion Media Collective. I began photographing weddings at 18, initially taking on work for free while learning the rhythm of the industry. Over the following decade, I studied what truly drives successful bookings and refined a system that consistently delivers results.

In 2023, I established the Collective to share that experience and support photographers across the UK. Joining is free. We operate entirely on a commission basis, which means you only ever pay when we secure a booking for you. Our rate is 15% per confirmed event.

We handle the operational grind — marketing, enquiries, coordination, and client management. We won't simply connect you with a possible client, we will finalise the process entirely on your behalf, with only brief check ins to confirm the date and requirements with you — so you can focus fully on your craft when it matters most.
